The Flippy Chain is silent and discrete way to fidget, for children and adults. It is our first "adult" fidget that we have available and also our first metal fidget.
I developed the habit of wearing my wedding ring on a string around my neck and using it as a fidget. This has now been replaced by a flippy chain on a cord, a much better solution.
