DELIVERY

For SA deliveries, the vendor ships directly to you.

CROSS-BORDER

For cross-border deliveries, the vendor ships to us and we co-ordinate and deliver to you. We send you a photo of your parcel on arrival at our facility.

TRACKING

You can track your order at all stages of the shipping process.

CHARGES

There are ancillary charges that will be applied to your on-line shopping transaction through a safe and secure payment gateway.  

INSURANCE

Insurance is always an option and is available at checkout.

Want something from South Africa that is not on our marketplace and from a specific vendor?  No problem.  We can help you ship crossborder!

GIVE US THE DETAIL

Obtain your Vendor quote to include product information and delivery cost to our processing facility. Share the information on our online form for the required purchase that you need assistance with, and get a complete quote from us.

Supply Details

ACCEPT THE QUOTE

Sign up to accept the quote and complete the transaction for us to purchase and ship on your behalf.

SECURE PAYMENT

Payment through secure payment gateway. Only accept card payments.

DELIVERY

We coordinate the delivery of your order to our processing facility and send you a photo to confirm arrival. Your purchase will be shipped from the supplier via our processing facility to your door in Namibia.

CHARGES

We handle the complete transaction on your behalf and present one invoice from buying to delivery including the ancillary charges.

TRACKING

Get regular status updates on the purchase, from buying upto delivery.

COMMUNICATION

All correspondence will be via our portal for tracking and reference purposes.

INSURANCE

Insurance is always an option and is available at checkout.

How does it work for Shoppers in Namibia?

This is the process that your purchase will follow.

Once we have launched you can browse our marketplace for that special item and sign up to purchase.

Get an online estimate of the cost for the product and delivery to your doorstep.

We take care of the VAT charged on the transaction by the vendor.

We coordinate the delivery to a processing facility to confirm arrival. We send you a photo.

Your purchase is then processed and prepared for export to the country of destination.

The purchase is delivered to your doorstep via our delivery channel.

Regular updates are pushed through to you on the status of your purchase.

We handle the cross-border activities including customs formalities.

We give you an all-inclusive tax invoice in the country of destination.

N$ 30.00. Part of consolidation depending departure or N$ 116.00 when a single export.

Transport Fee

As per Carrier Rate and Fuel Surcharge or Bin Rate depending on size.

Handling Fee

Dependant on the value of the shipment
